Who we are

Founded in 2026, Nevada Canine Training Academy is a locally owned and family-operated business proudly serving Las Vegas and the surrounding communities. While Nevada Canine is a new academy, our passion for dogs and commitment to professional training run deep. With more than a decade of hands-on dog training experience and a lifelong love for animals, we understand that building a well-trained, confident, and reliable dog starts with developing clear communication, consistency, and trust between dogs and their owners. Our experienced team specializes in puppy development, private lessons, immersive board-and-train programs, advanced off-leash obedience, behavior modification, and service dog training. Every program is tailored to the individual dog and the goals of each family, because no two dogs learn exactly the same way. At Nevada Canine, we believe training should prepare dogs for everyday life—not just the training field. That's why our philosophy is centered on practical, real-world application, giving owners the confidence to enjoy life with a well-mannered companion wherever they go. Our mission is simple: to create stronger relationships between dogs and their owners through professional training, exceptional care, and lifelong support. We are committed to helping every dog become the best version of themselves while giving their owners the knowledge, confidence, and tools to succeed together.

Meet Our Team

Meet Zachary

Zachary is the founder of Nevada Canine Training Academy and has dedicated more than a decade to professional dog training, fueled by a lifelong love for animals and a passion for helping dogs and their owners build stronger relationships.

His experience includes behavior modification, advanced on- and off-leash obedience, service dog development and task training, private lessons, and group training. Zachary has worked with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and training levels—from establishing strong obedience foundations to addressing complex behavioral challenges and developing highly trained service dogs.

Zachary believes successful dog training goes beyond simply training the dog. A cornerstone of his philosophy is teaching owners how to understand, communicate with, and confidently work with their dogs. By giving owners the knowledge and skills to continue training at home, he helps create lasting results that extend well beyond the training program.

As the founder of Nevada Canine Training Academy, Zachary is committed to building a training academy centered around knowledgeable trainers, exceptional care, owner education, and practical training that translates into everyday life.

A husband and father of three boys, Zachary is proud to call the Las Vegas Valley home. Through Nevada Canine, he is dedicated to serving local families, strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners, and helping create confident, reliable companions through purposeful training and real-world results.
